Cancellation and Booking Fee Policy

To reduce the number of “No Shows” and last minute cancellations, we have updated our policy. Unfortunately “No Shows” or last minute cancellations result in loss of revenue and other clients missing out on appointments, and puts a lot of pressure on small business. We respect and value our lovely clients and their time, so please respect ours.

  • We require 12 hours notice of cancellation or appointment change. Any changes in less than 12 hours or no shows will result in your booking fee being forfeited.
  • Please advise us if you no longer require all the treatments you booked for at least 12 hours prior to appointment time as we may be able to fi t another client in. If you don’t let us know, 20% off the treatment you booked for and didn’t have will be payable.
  • A 20% booking fee will now be required for all bookings of treatments that are 30 minutes or longer. This applies to appointments booked in person, over the phone, through messaging or email. You will receive an SMS from us with a link to pay your deposit.
  • Online bookings for all treatments, no matter how long they take, require a 20% booking fee upon booking
  • No show appointments, or changing an appointment with less than 12 hours notice will result in the booking fee paid being forfeited.
  • If you change an appointment with more than 12 hours notice, your booking fee will roll over to your new appointment. You will not lose your booking fee.

We hope you understand the reasons why we have to implement this, and continue to support us.

Thanking you all in advance,
Yasmin and the Natures Essence Team.

Complimentary Treatments Cancellations/No Shows

No Shows, or same day cancellations of complimentary facial/peel or microdermabrasion will result in that complimentary treatment being voided.

Vaccine Mandate

To our lovely clients,

In light of the community spread of COVID 19 across the metropolitan area we are taking every measure to ensure the safety of clients, our therapists and our families; Some of which are immune compromised and extremely vulnerable.

The update in Nature’s Essence Beauty Salon policies are as follows:

  • From the 1st February 2022 our services will only be available to COVID 19 vaccinated clients. This will require proof of vaccination (digital or paper copy) when visiting the salon, with the exception of those under the age of 16 and those that can provide a medical exemption.

There will be no other exceptions.

Things you should know:

  • Although the beauty industry is not currently COVID 19 vaccine mandated, each employee at Nature’s Essence is vaccinated.
  • The beauty industry is highly regulated and checked by the Health Department to ensure our practices meet current Health Department standards.
  • Each client must check-in using either the SAFE WA app or the physical SAFE WA sign in sheet provided.

Service will be refused for non check-ins

  • Extra measures are being taken by therapists to voluntarily wear masks (even when not legally required) during any facial treatments and services, as during these treatments it is not possible to maintain the 1.5 metre distance rule. This ensures your safety and that of others.
  • Extra disinfection and sanitisation throughout the salon to keep surfaces clean such as eftpos machine, door handles, kitchen and bathroom areas, counter tops, light switches etc.
  • Employees at Nature’s Essence will not attend work at the salon if they are symptomatic or have visited an exposure site and will only return to work after a negative COVID 19 test result is confirmed and in line with SAFE WA guidelines.

All of these procedures are in place to provide a healthy, clean and safe environment for you to attend with peace of mind.

We really hope you understand the reasons behind Nature’s Essence Vaccination mandate, we appreciate and thank you for your ongoing support, loyalty and continued patronage to our salon.

We look forward to continue providing you with all your beauty needs.

Yasmin and the Nature’s Essence Team.
