What does the treatment involve?
Before the microneedling treatment commences, your skin is thoroughly cleansed and prepared. The process itself has minimal pain. The needles only penetrate the top layer of the skin, plus the speed and depth of penetration can be adjusted by the operator based on your comfort level. We complete your treatment by applying a hydrating sheet mask to soothe your skin.
Immediately after your treatment there will be visible redness on the treatment area. Most inflammation would have disappeared about 1 day after the procedure. Sun protection and avoiding sunlight is essential in the first few days after microneedling.
